This is a free, no-obligation, 30 minute conversation with Nola to discuss where you are currently in your treatment plan.  Nola will then come up with a little individualized plan to walk you through whatever the most challenging part of your journey is now and see if it's a fit to work together, because nobody should have to walk through this alone.

One-on-one coaching to walk along side you as you navigate your cancer journey and beyond.

Pillar #1:  Clarity

• gain clarity on the components of your treatment 
• understand your limiting beliefs which may interfere with your healing
• discover tools, strategies, and various ways to support you and your loved ones during this journey

Pillar #2:  Create

• create a Conscious Care Plan which will include tools & holistic strategies, so that you have a sense of control 
• develop a powerful mindset
• learn different strategies to handle the roller coaster of emotions
• support your heart & soul

Pillar #3:  Care

• put practices in place to nurture yourself on a daily basis
• learn to be more playful and have fun
• make celebration a regular habit

Includes:

• 2 x 1/2-hour, personalized 1-1 coaching sessions per month done using Zoom
• 2 x 1/2-hour sessions for your support person during the 6 months
• weekly distant healing sessions
• quick texts or emails between sessions for additional support

• Downloadable audio meditations (relaxation, sleep, dealing with chemo, having surgery, having radiation, affirmations) to help you develop a positive mindset
• Worksheets / exercises
